A few things worth knowing.
ContactHow does the rolling ball work?
The lower part of the ball sits in the treat. As your dog licks the exposed surface, the ball rotates and brings more of the treat to the top.
What can I put in it?
It is designed for liquid and smooth, creamy treats made for dogs. Choose ingredients suitable for your dog and follow the treat’s serving instructions.
Is food included?
No. You receive the outer cover, inner bowl and rolling ball. Add your own suitable dog treats.
Does it need batteries?
No. Your dog’s tongue moves the ball.
How do I clean it?
The cover, bowl and ball separate so you can reach the food-contact surfaces. Follow the cleaning instructions supplied with the product.
How long will a treat last?
That depends on the treat’s consistency, the amount you use and how your dog licks. There is no fixed duration.
Can I take it with me?
Its compact, removable parts make it easy to carry. Empty and clean it before packing; it is not a sealed container for transporting liquids.
